I applied online, then they gave me link to do some online test,the test is just about some behavior question like what's you passion about being as a software engineer, and what kind of it filed you are interested in and why, and what's your current gpa? then I got a phone from their hr and she said she can arrange a phone interview for me.

Question 1
Some quick question about java , like explain hashcode() and equal() function in object class, and tell me more functions in object class, and how to implement multi-thread in java , and explain ajax, and tell some sort algorithm you know and compare each sort algorithm and tell the best you think, also some knowledge about html, and what is recursion, after that he let me ask some questions, and the whole interview is about 12 minutes.
Very cool initial, but very poorly managed and rude! My worst experience. It showed me it is not the company I would work, even if had offered. Manners should always be there regardless of outcome.
