It was an online interview with the initial screening from HR. After confirming that I had interviewed for a similar role a year ago, the recruiter told me they would check their records and inform me of the next steps. I never heard from them since.

The interview doesnt follow any procedure. Candidates are interviewed at different stages by the recruiter. The lack of following the writing procedure could lead to some candidates doing written assessments when the right candidate has already been identified
