Took 5 rounds, >2 months for the interview including the waiting of the written offer sent. Was told that I was the final candidate selected for the role and suddenly received a call that the role was on paused indefinitely due to leadership/business decision. The amount of effort and time wasted has been overwhelming, and now I have to start a new job search all over again. Roles should have been approved and cleared internally before publishing it out on the job board.
Interviewer was not focused during the interview. Was not very interested and seem indifferent. Did alot of research on it and gave plenty of examples on how I can contribute to the role but seem like he was not convinced
Applied -> Phone screen -> Manager Screen
Did not end up getting past the manager screen, but it was overall nice conversations around the role, past experiences, and going over the program management process.

four rounds behavioral: recruiter, team lead, org lead, other team lead and an oa. the process too around 2 months, hr was very slow at responding and the process was pretty unstructured and unorganized.
