The recruiter was terribly unprofessional. It sounded like she had just woken up to take the call. She was unengaged and was rude. When the interview was over she said "Good luck! There are a lot of other candidates for this role" She was also not responsive to emails at all. It's sad that she is the face of tiktok. The rest of the interview with the actual team I'll be working with was fine so my only issue was with HR.
