The first interview was with a recruiter. This was smooth and went well. The one thing that surprised me and made the whole interview processes much harder is once a time was confirmed, There was no calendar invitation sent. This caused a lot of back and forth and even a missed meeting because of timezones. Overall, the meetings were poorly organized, and the experience was subpar, This was surprising to me coming from such a large company.
