Screening round was easy so I got to another round with a guy, probably my future teammate. This guy talked so fast and it was difficult to listen because he had an accent. He was nice but when I asked for his feedback, he didn't say anything. Next day I got an auto reply email said I got rejected and idk why. Such a waste of time because it took nearly a month just for 2 round interview just to be rejected.
The recruiter sent me a message via LinkedIn, through which I shared my resume. Afterwards, I had about a 20-minute conversation with the recruiter, where we discussed basic interview topics, including upcoming vacation plans and salary.

Entretien
All interviews are being taken online, the process is fast and professional. HR sometimes like to contact through zalo, sometimes through email. I interviewed 3 rounds with HR, supervisor and hiring manager on google meet, and landed the job.
Preparación
Antes de la entrevista, tanto el entrevistador como el entrevistado deben prepararse:
Entrevistador: Define los objetivos, elabora preguntas relevantes y revisa la información del entrevistado.
Entrevistado: Investiga sobre la empresa o tema, practica respuestas y prepara documentación si es necesario.
2. Inicio de la entrevista
Se establece un ambiente cómodo y profesional.
Se presentan ambas partes y se explica el propósito de la entrevista.
3. Desarrollo de la entrevista
Se formulan preguntas clave para obtener la información deseada.
El entrevistador guía la conversación y toma notas si es necesario.
El entrevistado responde con claridad y ejemplos concretos.
4. Cierre de la entrevista
Se ofrece espacio para preguntas del entrevistado.
Se resumen los puntos principales discutidos.
