Slow, disorganized, poor communication. I can tell they are understaffed and experiencing some growing pains. I’m sure the Trump ban has a lot to do with the overall uncertainty right now. I can tell the recruiter meant well it just took too long to get clarity.

I had an initial screening, meeting with hiring manager and then had to do a case study presentation in front of panel interviewers follow by a Q&A session where they grilled me with questions

HR screener interview. The interviewer was friendly and posed the standard screening interview questions such as, tell me about yourself, run me through your resume, why TikTok. They also spent a good amount of time describing the scope of the role and structure of the team at a local and regional level. Overall positive experience.
