J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 8 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez TikTok (Santa Monica, CA) en sept. 2020
Entretien
I was reached out to by a recruiter, I said I was interested, it took a while to connect to the recruiter. I spoke with the recruiter and the conversation was great. Then I spoke to a team member that had nothing to do with the role i was interviewing for and she wasn’t going to partner a lot with (odd).
I candidly felt like I wasted my time, that they were fishing for ideas from me, and not interested at all in listening to my background or experience. Sure, if I wasn’t a fit for the role then, that’s okay, and I know I’m not going to get feedback. However, my last interview was about 3 weeks ago and I haven’t heard back from anyone nor gotten an automated system generated email rejection. With that said, I haven’t heard anything back and don’t intend to apply or consider Tik-Tok in the future. I understand the uncertainty of everything but a simple note would have been appreciated and interviewer beware.
Very straightforward process that is transparent. Took 4-5 rounds with no case study. Everyone in the process was very smart and friendly, they want to know if you will be successful in the role, so they dive deep to confirm your abilities and skills.
seamless interview straight forward, common questions. HR is very nice throughout. what your strength and weakness. where you see yourself in 5 years time. challenges that you had faced previously and how to overcome it and what lesson learn
Screening and I did interviews and it's invited from different managers including someone from the team & hr team... The interview was conducted 40 minutes. They kept asking if I had any question for them.
