J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 5 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez TikTok (San Francisco, CA) en mars 2020
Entretien
The interview process was very robust and included the Recruiter, the potential Manager and potential stakeholders I would be working with. In total there were 4 official rounds (with a few one-off catch-ups) and each covered a different topic.
At the end of the process, I had a good idea of what to expect and what would be expected of me. Although the interview process was quite long, when considering the unprecedented landscape we're facing with COVID-19, I felt they did an adequate job in moving things along.
One thing to call out is that most of the R4R and RC's sit in Beijing and you may experience some culture differences when getting up for interviews (such as not getting interviewers name beforehand or inconvenient times due to time zones). This is a global company and is making active strides in improving candidate experiences across the board.
recruiter screen with first screen, asked about analytics and data when interviewing that is the most imprtant quality they were looking for when interviewing me at the time. did not like the recruiter.
