I had a screening call with the recruiter and was scheduled for a first-round interview. The interview was scheduled outside of U.S. time zones, which I was fine accommodating. The scheduling process was smooth overall, but communication was somewhat inconsistent — I did not receive responses to some follow-up questions, and both the recruiter and interviewer joined the meeting late. There were also some miscommunications about the role, and I felt there was limited transparency when I asked basic questions about the company, such as the team structure. The interview questions were mostly behavioral and experience-based, so candidates should prepare specific examples from their past work. I received a rejection about a week later. Overall, the experience could have been more organized and transparent.

Initially felt like spam when they reached out, but the recruiter was helpful in coordinating the process thereafter. The interviews themselves were dense and technical in nature, but the interviewers were largely kind and receptive. My main gripe is that they assign two case studies to complete, which take a good deal of time. After a few rounds of interviews and submission of my case studies, I received an auto-rejection email with no feedback as to why I was no longer being considered. Incredibly unprofessional and cold way to manage that.
