The interview process was well-organized and professional. I first connected with the recruiter, followed by a conversation with the hiring manager. The discussion focused on my background, relevant experience, and approach to problem-solving, and also gave me a clearer understanding of the role and team. Be prepared to discuss past experiences using clear, structured examples, and demonstrate how you approach problem-solving in a cross-functional environment. It’s also helpful to show that you understand how to balance user experience with operational or governance requirements.

They arranged 3 rounds of interviews with all team members, not the hiring manager. I felt like it was not the typical process because one of them said they were changing the direction of this role.

A really technical case and how to solve the pain point.
There are in total 4rounds including 2 rounds with senior peers and 1 round with +1 and round with HR, not that difficult. But I think the experience match is most important……..
