I had initial screening round where I was asked questions about my current work and few technical questions related to basic algorithms and data structures. I then had a video interview with the rest of the team. The video interview was for 2.5 hrs where we had detailed discussion about my current research and my previous experiences. I was very impressed with the fact that the interviewers had actually spent time reading my research paper before the interview and were asking questions about it. The team consists of very smart people and I would recommend the company to anyone. I received an offer the very next day but unfortunately had to decline it, even though they are doing very cool stuff, as I opted for another offer that was a pure research position.
