Job posting was for India but interview was conducted from Sweden office a (work from india opportunity). The interview process went well managed to answer all the graph database scenario based questions. When I chose to work from India the HR process was redirected to India and apart from the initial call the HR contact has been dodging my calls and mails. Very poor behaviour of HR I mean if you do not want to provide an offer just say it instead of ghosting the candidate. I was really excited after knowing about the job details and was looking forward to working with TietoEvry I feel disappointed by the Indian HR team.
