Process was good and not so tough with person who did interview as not so knowledgeable and was always being on top of what he did rather than what he expected. It was a nice experience but was already thinking if I should accept offer or not. FInally accepted as i had 4 more offers and thought would choose from one later. 2 management rounds 1 hr round mostly the interview was related to typical questions like risk management, people management. If one has prepared for the pmp exam the interview will be easier. What are the challenges you faced in managing customer expectations. How will make sure the estimates are accurate.
