Was contacted via LinkedIn asking me about my skills and if I would come by and discuss agile/scrum. After the 1on1 was asked if I was interested in a position leading agile at TMS, I was and they set up a 2on1 meeting the next week. During the 2 hour interview I walked through my entire experience and they asked me some questions about the positions. I have never had this type of interview for this level of position before. Usually, I get a lot of situational questions about building teams and agile information. I contacted the Director a few days later and was told they went with someone else.
