Very bad experience with the interviewer over the phone, not even wanting to clarify the coding requirements, I couldn't imagine what the day to day working environment would look like . The recruiter was very nice and referred me to another hiring manager when the original spot was filled

It took a little less than 2 weeks from having the initial recruiter screen to the receipt of the job offer. The recruiter was friendly and helpful, taking the time to guide me through the process. She was super quick in getting back to me about the next steps. Following the recruiter screen, there were 3 interviews mostly gauging my past experience, soft skills and team vibes. The tech interview question was solving a practical real-world problem, which was easy for a hands-on software developer who has had experience with large scale projects. All the people I had interacted with so far were smart and down to earth. They were patient and all appeared to care about my success. The efficiency and professionalism they showed me during the process were the reasons why I decided to accept the job offer.
