I sent an application in August, got an Art test by September. Art test was not paid. Did an Interview with their HR in October. They were really nice and respectful. It was an easy flow conversation rather than an interview. They were very interested in learning my background (experiences) in the industry. It was enjoyable. Did a second interview with their Production Team on the same week. They were really nice and let me speak in my comfort language. They asked me about my proficiency with certain softwares, gave feedback on my art test and asked me about my behavior at work. It was a smooth flow.

It was great and fun. I felt at ease with the interviewer. She's friendly and not intimidating. She was too curious with my career which means she's interested how much I have grown in the past years.
