I've applied to the position via LinkedIn. The Recruiter contacted me for an initial interview and it was very good but this person never contacted me again. Then I've applied again after 6 months and the same Recruiter contacted me again. When this person saw me again, she said: "Ah, I remember you now". And after the call, never call again. It would be good to do the homework before contacting twice the same person that was not selected initially.

A total of 3 rounds - 1st round HR, 2nd round with the Solution Delivery Manager and Colleague, 3rd round is a technical presentation to the whole Solution Delivery team in Singapore which incudes the main presentation to clients
Contacted by outside recruiter who conducted an initial interview. Was then left to wait for about two weeks and was later told that I had to be employed at a direct competitor to get the opportunity.
