This was by far the best interview process I've ever had. The quickness of it, the great communication with the recruiter & the diversified conversations with members of the team truly made every part of the process enjoyable + fun. It was a great way of understanding what you're signing up for working at Thumbtack, as well as the team you are looking to be a part of. Shout out to Craig Blinten especially for making the process so seamless. I have gone through a lot of interview processes that have ended in ghosting, or very poor communication & transparency. Craig was always on top of following up letting me know how I did, as well as running me through what next steps look like. I'm very honored to have had the chance to interview for Thumbtack & even though the stars didn't align for us to come to an agreement at the end, I have no regrets because I really enjoyed the journey that got me to the doorstep.
