Applied online, contacted for a phone screen, given a homework assignment to be evaluated before in-person interview. The process was sort of off-putting. They aren't very communicative and seem very unfocused with a lack of professionalism. Though they talk up their culture, which seems great, it's hard to see the greatness unless they show this through the recruitment process. Companies: your first gatekeeper is your recruiter. Make sure that's who you want to represent your company to the public and keep this image consistent.

I was called by the recruitment coordinator two weeks after I submitted my application and I was invited for an assessment and onsite interview and it took about an hour and a half to complete everything. I was called a week and a half later with an offer.
