      Entretien

The process was rigorous and drawn out. It took over a month and many steps and interviews are required. Before being considered for an interview I was invited via email to complete an online assessment (they indicated it may take an hour but only took 15 minutes) as well as create 3 videos, upload them to YouTube, and attach the video links in an email response. A day or so after completing these tasks I was contacted, again via e-mail, informing me that I had passed and would be contacted for an interview at a later date. A couple of weeks passed by and I received a text message from the same recruiter who'd e-mailed me asking if I was still interested in the position and would I be able to do a phone interview. The phone interview took place the following day and was about 20 minutes long. He asked me questions and allowed me to ask my own. He then invited me to come to the office for an in-person interview the following week, advised me to expect the interview to last an hour. Upon my arrival there were several other candidates applying for the same position also interviewing. They took us on a short tour of the office prior to the meeting, pointing out where each department was and what they were responsible for. I was called into a small conference room where I was interviewed by two different department supervisors, one after the other. I was told upon leaving they'd be making a decision and contacting me within the next couple of days. I received a phone call from the recruiter the next day exclaiming congratulations, the supervisors liked me, and they wanted me to come back for a FINAL interview with a VP and department head. The next week. The interview took place at their office, one of the VPs made a couple of comments then excused himself. The other asked me questions. Allowed me to ask my own, then said they'd let me know. I received an email the following day informing me that they'd gone with other candidates.
