Interview with Director of Employee Relations plus Director of Supervision Support. Was conducted via Zoom and was more of a getting to know you interview. No difficult questions and a bit of a lack of engagement.

About a week after applying I got an invitation for a phone interview with a recruiter. They were nice and casual, mostly asking about my past experience, compensation expectations and where I'm at in my job search. About a week after that I got a call to schedule an hour long Zoom interview with a panel of 4 hiring managers. Again, very nice and mostly asked about my past experience and a couple "Tell me about a time when" questions. However after three weeks there's been no word from the recruiter, even after sending the them two separate emails asking for an update. Now I see the position posted again. Very unprofessional, the least they could do is say whether or not they moved onto other candidates.
