It's a multi-step interview process. However, my issue with the process is how they are ordered. They had me do a market survey and inventory of all prospects I could think of... Then they told me I didn't pass the background check. *I already have my life and health licenses, and had to pass background checks for those. I've also passed at other employees in the same field. When i asked if I could look into the discrepancy, they said that wasn't possible. That seemed suspicious in itself. They said they have more "conservative" background parameters, and that they found something on my background that may prohibit me from being registered at FINRA. I have nothing on my record that FINRA outlines as a disqualification. Frustrating process that didn't make any sense.

Multiple round interviews. Initially met with the marketing directors, then came on-site for live interviews. Final interviews were over the phone. Nothing technical, more mindset focused, making sure you are a right fit for the team.
