Many interviews, lots of paperwork to fill out. What I find most interesting is the guy who was to be my manager, and who was for me being hired, hasn't had the courage to call me after his boss told him not to hire me. Really, that's the best you can do? How sad and unprofessional.

Multiple round interviews. Initially met with the marketing directors, then came on-site for live interviews. Final interviews were over the phone. Nothing technical, more mindset focused, making sure you are a right fit for the team.

It was pretty casual, asked me questions more about personality than technical skills. The process took around four interviews, where I met with a singular guy at first and then with a team.

Very easy going process that was made easier by great people. They are really testing to see how good your soft skills are and your ability to communicate with people.
