Professional process. I was contacted by a recruiter, but not hounded... invited for a meeting prior to the interview where I was free to ask questions. Senior management was the final interview, which I found to be helpful. Very professional and prompt group of people, but senior management was exceptional.

The interview process was very thorough! I felt like I could ask questions all along the way. They definitely hire for personality way more than skills, knowing that they can teach you that. So let your personality shine
Very professional and direct. I received an email with a brochure of the company. Phone interview followed by a zoom interview. Very informative.I recommend you do your reach on the company before interviewing.
