It was a great experience, and interaction with the company. First round consists of a phone interview, along with some diagnostic tests. Second round involves in person discussions, and is also a “fit” test. General background and marker knowledge is expected.

Multiple round interviews. Initially met with the marketing directors, then came on-site for live interviews. Final interviews were over the phone. Nothing technical, more mindset focused, making sure you are a right fit for the team.
