I applied to this position and got an initial interview with a recruiter. She was nice and upfront. She set up another interview with Program Manager. Also very nice and polite. I thought it went great and they both provided me with next steps. Then I got ghosted. I wish recruiters did not say "I will be here with you teh whole step of the process" but then cannot write a simple email "you are no longer being considered for the position" I don't even need a personal email - a generic one is just considerate and respectful. I am pretty disappointed as I felt like I had built some rapport with this recruiter.
