The interview process was great. It was very no nonsense and straight forward. Be aware that it is a group setting for the first interview as there are other companies within the same building. Nevertheless, my interview was very professional and I felt comfortable.

Applied online, and received an email for an interview the next day. Very responsive and surprisingly really quick, nice staff and great environment to work in and make good money if you stay focused and motivated

You go in for the first interview and you are waiting for over an hour before they call you back to speak with the interviewer for maybe 15 minutes.
Then when you go for the 2nd interview that is the day you find out if you are hired. So you are sitting in a room with maybe 10 more candidates that have made it to the 2nd round of interviews and you are just waiting.
The company really did not seem to value the time of the candidates applying and since this is a commission based position time is money. While waiting to be called back for my first interview, an interviewer was standing in the lobby area telling the receptionist how he had an issue with people showing up late for interviews so he takes his time calling them back. I arrived 15 minutes early and literally waited an hour and a half before being called and the person that interviewed me could not give me any straight answers. I was picked to go to the 2nd interview but I was very frustrated when I left the office.

Thank you for providing us with your feedback. We never want to keep candidates waiting when they have come all the way to meet us. We are actively looking at our interview process and making positive changes so we can better manage the mass of applicants applying and in turn run a much quicker, and smoother process, so thank you for pointing this out and helping us to improve.
