The interview process was engaging and refreshingly two-way — it felt as much about me learning about Thredd as it was about them learning about me. It began with an initial conversation with the talent team, followed by a competency-based interview with the hiring team. The final stage combined a presentation and interview with senior leadership, which allowed for a deeper discussion around strategy and alignment. Overall, it was a thorough, well-structured, and insightful experience.

The interview process consisted of two rounds over two weeks. Communication was clear throughout, and the process was well organised with quick decision-making. Nick Dunsdon from the People team at Thredd was very helpful in explaining the company culture, opportunities for career growth, and the overall roadmap. He also ensured I was comfortable and had all the relevant information needed to make an informed decision about joining Thredd.

Apart from the technical questions, the aspect I most enjoyed was answering the leadership and situational questions, which were aimed at validating soft skills and the ability to work effectively in a demanding environment.
