Entretien
Interview process was well structured. Questions asked were relevant to role and I needed to draw on my past experiences to answer. Questions were mainly competency-based in nature and a mixture of both theory and practical.

Entretien
I had a really positive experience interviewing with Thredd. The process was clear from the beginning and moved quickly — three core rounds over about four weeks.
Everyone I met was friendly and open, and the conversations felt genuine rather than overly formal or scripted. I really got a sense of the culture and the kind of people who work at Thredd. I got asked questions on my career aspirations, experience related to the role and some strategy questions to understand how I would approach and think through problems.
A special shout-out to Nick Dunsdon from the Talent team — he was fantastic throughout. Super supportive, always kept me informed, and just made the whole process feel smooth and human.
Overall, it was a great experience and left a strong impression of Thredd as a company that truly values people.

One question I remember was about how I approach complex challenges — it was a great opportunity to share how I think through problems and collaborate with others to get things done.

From my very first conversation with Nick Dunsdon from Thredd’s talent team to meeting the wider team in my interviews, I can honestly say the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Hands down—the best interview process I’ve had in my career!
Everything was seamless and effortless, making me even more excited about the prospect of joining such a vibrant team and culture. The process was very well-organized, and thoughtfully structured, with Nick keeping me updated at every step. What truly stood out to me was how the team made me feel at ease—they weren’t just interested in my skills and experience but in me as an individual, which I genuinely appreciated.
Interviews can often feel like intense interrogations (and let’s be honest, pretty nerve-racking!), but Thredd has a unique way of making you feel like part of the team before you’ve even joined. That speaks volumes about their dynamic culture and the incredible people who make it what it is.
This experience was truly top tier 10/10! I’m beyond grateful and even more excited to officially be a part of Thredd’s amazing team.
A huge thank you to Nick Dunsdon, Cecil Edwards, Ashleigh Quintyne, Kevin Baker, Audrey Tambanewako, and Tiago Baltazar for the fantastic interviews and for offering me this amazing opportunity. I can’t wait to get started 🚀 🎉
