In total, there are four rounds: two technical and two leadership. In the first round, they share the project with you, go over it, and focus the entire interview on it. My first round was extremely good with a knowledgeable guy. The second part was to properly evaluate your technical skills, usually based on your current project; in my case, the interviewer was very less experienced and mostly asked questions from the internet.
