      One of the worst interview process I had There are 4 stages in total: 1. HR screening 2. Pair programming 3. Technical Q&A 4. Culture fit I went through the first screening interview and chose to cancel the second one after what I experienced. What happened was that my scheduled second interview was cancelled at the last minute because the interview was on sick leave. HR emailed me to indicate my next availability so that they could reschedule it. I replied back promptly, indicating my availability, which is the following week's same days and timings. However, I did not receive a reply back at all. So, I emailed them again two times, to two separate HR person that was handling my case, to ask about the rescheduled session. However, silence again. Until one week has passed, they suddenly sent me an invitation to the rescheduled pair programming interview, without acknowledging my previous emails at all. The worst part is not the lack of response but how they chose to blatantly ignore my indicated availability and scheduled the interview on a day and timing that I cannot make it at all. So what's the point of asking candidates to indicate their availabilities via a link/email if you all choose not to respect them in the first place? Not to mention that I already indicated to HR that I prefer the interview to be in Javascript/Typescript, but the followup email said the interview will be in Go?? Based on how dysfunctional their HR process/communication is, I have my doubts that Thoughtworks (which I believed was a great organization) will be a great fit for me personally, and hence I chose not to proceed with the interviews further. I do hope that whoever is managing HR can reflect upon my experience and improve the process and communication in the future.

      The interview process was so good such that I did not feel like I am being interviewed. It was like I was in a project discussion and getting asked to explain all the aspects of the project.

      About RBAC, CDN, Redux. I was asked to write a sql query. I was asked to draw the system design of the current project. Explaination about JWT token. Difference between type and interface, Partial, optinal. About AWS pipeline how its used in the project. End to end how the deployment is done for both Frontend and Backend.

      Recruiter screen - general chat 30 mins, recruiter was lovely and informative, then more in-depth technical screen 1 hour, info sent in advance. Not sure on full process as no offer given. Not the best experience, interviewer seemed distracted and uninterested, felt it was a rejection as soon as I joined the call, interviewer often said 'I wasn't looking at your screen', in quite an aggressive tone. Left a really bad taste in my mouth, to the point where I probably would think twice about using their services, if ever in the position to.
