I applied to the HackerEarth challenge. The process consisted of a total 5 rounds. First-round was a coding round that had 2 questions. The coding questions were slightly on the tougher side. I cleared the online round and was called for the offline interviews. The second round was a pair programming round in which we were asked to develop a simple application using OOPs and Design patterns. The third round was a technical interview round. This was one of the best technical interviews I've ever faced. Then the remaining two rounds were the Social Change Alignment round and the Leadership round. They were conducted on a video call. Finally got selected. Awesome experience!
