first telephone interview for ThoughtWorks Germany.
I talked to a very friendly recruiter that tries to make the interview more personal.
I wasn't selected to the next round because there were applicants with more technical experience.
ThoughtWorks replied very fast to my application and with feedback of my interview.
It was overall a very comfortable procedure.

It was a three round interview process, which was pretty good and the interviewers were all nice and accommodating. They just dont hire anybody on PGWP so I withdrew from the process.

It was ok, start with the usual chit chat then a problem to solve in your desired language. I found the environment to be a bit buggy and you cannot alt-tab out so be wary of this.

Excelente. En la primera entrevista la recruiter fue muy amable, explicó todo el proceso de entrevistas en 20 minutos y clarificó todas mis dudas sobre el proceso de selección, condiciones laborales y requerimientos.
