They have asked me to send a solution for a problem with some criteria's, i have exactly followed those and got rejected without any valid reason. If they think they have a different recruiting mechanism then it would be good if they provide feedback because they would have misinterpreted.

The interview was for .Net based developer.
First round was a coding round, where you will be given 2 work items that needs to be solved. So the analysis is basically on the thought process, and problem solving ability.
Second round is more a deep dive on your skills, previous projects and its work experiences.
Cultural round is more of things on how you behave on different scenarios and cases.

Interview process is very well designed, and separated into phases: one for culture, another one for a pairing interview, another one for a technical interview and a last one for leadership (in case you are a Lead or higher).
