It was great. For the right person, its a great experience. The interview process was very conversational and put me to ease. Everyone who interviewed me focused on what I could bring to the table. It gave me a very good chance what I could look for. They are very transparent about how they work and what they expect.
I found that this will be perfect for me as I will have free expression to my creativity. I despise deeply structured hierarchy that exist in bigger companies. Here, I will have a lot more control about how I would solve the problems I would have. I can choose to drive my career how I want to, ofcourse it needs to align with the company's ideals.
Interview process was a bit long, considering it was close to the end of the year. The recruiter was great! The people who interviewed be ranged a variety of roles so every hour I was challenged with different perspectives of how my role would be used. The culture interview is important because this will define whether you would appreciate the company culture or not.
Depending on the role the questions are very competitive. Really learning about the company and what their culture is very important. This will not only help you decide whether you would be comfortable working in this environment, at the same time whether you will be a great fit here. As a company they are very transparent and strong about their beliefs.
