I appreciated the opportunity to speak, but several aspects of the conversation were concerning. The recruiter’s communication in English made parts of the discussion difficult to follow, and they were notably evasive regarding the salary range—even when asked directly—which raised questions about whether the compensation aligns with the market. Additionally, the scheduled 30-minute screen ran to nearly an hour without checking my availability. Greater transparency and respect for time would significantly improve the candidate experience.
