It was pretty exploitive. After a nice telephonic round. I was called in for a face to face round, which went on for 5-6 hours!!, With 3 rounds. With all the signals of hiring, discussing about laptop/desktop to be used, talks about another last round with the CTO, was sent home. After repeated follow up I was given an 'assignment' which was pretty lengthy. Was later told that the experience wasn't a complete match for they had more expectations. The expectations which were not mentioned in the JD, or in telephonic round, or in face to face interview. No respect for a resource's time.
