Multiple zoom interviews with HR, hiring manager and senior leaders from the sales org followed by a presentation "challenge" where candidates receive a briefing and need to prepare a slide deck to present in advance.

Question 1
The phone interviews are largely around motivation and relevant sales experience. For the challenge, candidates are required to do research on target accounts and prospects and complete a role-play discovery call
After a few calls with the Regional Director, there tends to be a final pitch for 2-3 leaders. It varies from a prospecting challenge to a territory path to plan. They do a great job of laying out expectations.

Entretien
Disjointed experience with several participants leaving/joining throughout the demonstration and pitch. I initially joined the Zoom call and the person who I assumed was conducting the interview, panicked and told me they weren’t supposed to be in the meeting. Several others joined later and asked me what the call was scheduled for. One of the most unprofessional and unorganized interviews I’ve ever been in.
