The recruiter did not seem knowledgeable about what People Operations is responsible for and asked questions that did not really make sense. Overall it was not a great conversation and I'm sorry to say that it did not leave a good impression of the company for me. Ultimately, the initial conversation with the recruiter made me not interested in pursuing this opportunity.
