Phone interview then told to create competitive battle card presentations. Flew in for the day, presented my work, and received good feedback. They did not interview me while on site. It seemed like they’re collecting free work from multiple candidates. Received a phone call after the on site that the open role changed.

The interview took about 2 weeks. A staffing agency (Betts) reached out to me to see if I was interested in a role at ThoughtSpot. I had a phone screen with the hiring manager who was very nice, responsive and knowledgeable. I went in for an onsite to meet the rest of the team the following week with the hiring manager, lead gen marketing manager, technical pmm, and the CMO. I thought the chat was informative and everything went well. I had a writing assignment that was previously assigned that I had printed and brought to the interview to discuss. Overall, I got positive feedback from the team and that they'd like me to go back and chat with them in a less formal setting. I waited another 1-2 weeks before reaching out and head that they were still in the process of interviewing others amongst different departments. I have yet to hear back and it's been 2 months.
