Interview with colleagues from HR department/HRBPs felt more like an interrogation and few questions were not making sense. They were also interested in my last salary and asked about my expectations. It felt unprofessional as they were not the hiring managers for the role. As the role was based out of different city, their approach towards questioning felt like they were discouraging me from even trying.

It was a fast yet thorough process. I applied through a recruiter and the very next day had an interview with the hiring manager. The following day I had a Skype interview with two managers (HR and Operations). Later that day I received a great job offer and accepted.
