The interview process was fantastic. In fact, it was the best interview experience I've ever had. My online application was met with a very prompt email (within 2 days) asking for an initial interview at my convenience. Just to note, since the company is distributed amongst several locations all of my interviews held were over video chat. The first interview was with the Director of People and it was just incredible. Definitely covered the basics but she really took the time to have a great conversation and get to know more about me, as a person. I really appreciated that as I'm interview the company just as much as they're interviewing me. I was told then and there that I was going to move on to the next set of interviews and was given clear direction and expectations for them. At Thoughtexchange they do interviews a little different then most, in that they have a thing within the company called Agreement culture. This meant that I would be interviewing with several people within the company (not just direct reports) so that they could come to an agreement together. This was a process I loved. In the end, I had four additional interviews and every single one of them made me want the job that much more. Great people, great process and a great company overall.
