Was asked about supply constraints and flow of goods via the warehouse. The discussion was quite friendly and nice. Unfortunately though the interviewer said that the skills are good, i didnt receive a response for 2 weeks (with 2 follow ups)

Second in person round with 2-3 senior people including founders . They look for technical as well as soft skills . As the company doesn't compromise on values .

Very Professional with a personal touch.
Sufficient time was spared to explain the Vision, founding principles & roadmap of the organization. Role description & expectations were made absolutely clear. Decision was communicated pretty fast. Overall a very good experience.
