It was very careful detailed process. I had an interview with directors of the company then they gave me a small design project. Once I passed second stage I was called to work one day in their office and gave me tasks. I was so nervous I cannot remember how I even did it. They were nice and polite. It seems quite small people are working in HQ in London. After all it was a great experience to have.
