This is the open walkin, So firstly they took Resume Screening Because of lot of People their reached. So I they asking basic question about HTML, CSS, and Layout. So i have clear the Screening then after they completed Resume Screening of all students, Resume screening took 1 - 2 hours. then they conduct Written Test of English and Subjective Questions and result will declare after 7 - 8 days. I have cleared the written test, So they invite for Face to Face Interview. In Interview they asking again HTML, CSS practically Questions. I answered all Questions, Interviewer told me HR will get back to you.(But i don't know they played some internal politics, so i didn't get call for HR.) and i did explain everything and every Answers About HTML, CSS. (but i don't know why i not-selected).

Hiring process is quite simple. You need to know basics of Web technology and some knowledge of html framework that will make your job easier. They only look for how you are confident in Web technologies.
