The interview process was very friendly and proffessional. I first had a quick telephone interview about my details and current status. Then i was interviewed by 2 very friendly people from HR who discussed my CV thoroughly and got my feedback about the job and the job description for about an hour. a month later I got positive feedback, apparently they had alot of CV's to screen.

Contacted by email for a panel interview. Interview with manager and team sernior consultant. 1 hour. They have legacy softwares and alot of outsourced support to India. Recruiter ghosted and does not follow up after interview. Read else where someone with same experience. Atleast update the workday and reject and stop wasting peoples time. It is ok to hire someon better if found. Just not good to waste time by hanging a carrot.
