There were 2 rounds of technical interviews After the interview HR asked to submit required docs and then discussed the compensation They had a very tight budget which is not even 40% of my current salary. Why would you not discuss such thing before starting the process? Why to waste somebody's time if you can't even proceed with 40% of current salary may be my negotation skills are poor that's why it ended right there but still why?
