Entretien
Initial communication through my university career center. A TR recruiter contacted me and then we set up an appointment. I traveled to their location and then had a brief tour, followed by 2 interviews and a sit down with a current rep. I met with the person who I would directly report too and then her boss. Both were very nice and made the interview process seem less worrisome than they can often be.

Just behavioral questions, really. "What did you do when work was difficult...." "How do you handle stress....." Basic, simple stuff.
