Intially, it was email exchange with the HR rep. who is very friendly and helpful. After an appointment was arranged, there as a 40 minute interview that took place. Originally scheduled for 30 minutes, the HR rep was very consise and the dialogue was very positive. I waiting on the next interview. To this point, it has been a pleasant experience.
